If you look at the Jackson & Pollock body fat chart, you’ll see that 29% is a hair away for the “ideal” body fat percentage for a woman your age. If you lost only 3-5lb, you would be in the ideal category (actually only 3lb). If you are shorter than 5'7" (173 cm) your maximum olympic squat may need to be slightly higher to reach the same vertical jump.
