Bryan, it does appear that Microsoft has not produced an Office Home and Business 2019 update catalogue. The only way to get updates in your circumstances is to use the Offline installer. But you need to be able to do this online. Not sure how you will accomplish this! You need to sign into an Office Account for Office Home and Student 2019.
