Thanks a lot for the detailed reply. I read the comments and ended up getting far cry 5. Played a few hours already and the story is really cool. Never played a Far Cry game before and glad I started now. I got the gold edition too cause it was cheaper than the standard one. I played a few hours and like it so far too, even the storey.

i'd say yes GOLD is worth it for the VOY campaign alone it adds a good few hours of decent gameplay plus its fun to see the yeti's chuck rocks at you gold contains more then just the Hurk Deluxe pak as you also get the grind fest thats Escape from Durgesh as well as VOY

Take Gold probably will not regret it. It is not necessary to wait for anything or anyone. Let this game, Far Cry 4, is not very good, but maybe it will still be a good game, too, probably, it will be decent additions that you have already paid Gold version of Far Cry 4.

is it worth it to have the all added DLC for less then the price of the season pass to you ? then buy the gold version if you buy the gold version you get the base game + all the released DLC ..as far as i know there is no more DLC planned for Far Cry 4 .. the last part was the Valley of the Yeti the over run game mode ..and was released
